Is this a legit fix for a broken rtab bolt?

Kinja'd!!!

I cut a panel out and put a bolt with a nut on to get home. Will a strong nut welded on last for a long time?

I’ve also got two bolts I can’t get out on the passenger side. I hit them with an air impact and they didn’t budge. I don’t want to use a breaker bar because that’s how I broke one on the drivers side

If anything I’d avoid the air impact if you don’t want to break anymore, at least till they start to back out. Have you soaked them in pb/wd40/penatrating fluid?

Trying to but they’re in a sleeve welded into the bottom of the car. I sprayed near them but unless any made it inside the sleeve it won’t do anything

Aren’t undercarriage bolts fun?

Yeah they’re under the rear seat area so the only way to get to them it to cut up the car

Impact is actually less likely to break a bolt
